What's in a Name: Derecho is a Spanish word that means "straight." It is also a weather term describing destructive straight line winds that often precede a severe thunderstorm and can be as strong as a tornado or hurricane. This word, weather, and looking at this model just screamed "power." And, being a Spanish type horse...gotta have a Spanish type name. :)

Notables: This mold was broken once this model's production for Breyerfest was completed. This is the ONLY OF of this mold made.
