What's in a Name: Imhotep was the 3rd Dynasty do-all...scribe, engineer/architect, doctor, high priest, and most importantly a diefied man. He was likely the developed the of building the pyramids. Imhotep is also the bad guy in The Mummy, The Mummy Returns,etc. some of my movie faves. ;) The name just seemed to fit this horse as he is obviously dark in color and that same coloring allows for a great variation of showing of him, from halter to performance to costume.
